# 密盒 vs 画画板

The clearest difference is rating: 密盒 at 5.0 against 画画板's 4.3. 密盒 also leads on ads (none vs shown). 画画板's advantage is ratings volume (55 vs 2) and review sentiment (60% vs 43%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 密盒 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and 画画板 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

密盒 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 画画板 has 55 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of 密盒's written reviews are positive against 60% of 画画板's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

密盒 ships an update every 3 weeks, 画画板 every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
