Vegemi vs Special Burger

Vegemi is an food education app designed for the whole family. The goal is to make eating fruits and vegetables easier for parents and fun for the kids, whilst increasing food interest, awareness and nutrition knowledge. The Vegemi app inspires kids to learn about fruits and veggies, including the benefits of eating them, with the help of a story-based, entertaining character. Vegemi is a healthy gut microbe, which the kids can feed with fruits and veggies to unlock their nutritional superpowers, keeping Vegemi strong and healthy! The application also uses image recognition, for kids to connect real vegetables with the stories and superpowers of Vegemi. After eating a fruit or vegetable, or when kids use the image recognition function, Vegemi gains superpowers specific to each fruit or veggie, and then goes on an exciting adventure around the human body. The user is rewarded for taking care of Vegemi, and for the image recognition of vegetables, with various encouraging rewards. The application contains games, and utilises Vegemi's story and game-like elements as well as augmented reality, which makes eating fruits and veggies easier and more enjoyable for your family's everyday mealtimes. Vegemi introduces children to the world of healthy fruits and veggies, and gets them excited about new flavours and different ways to eat them through play and exploration, whilst helping the whole family to eat a more nutrient rich diet. 100% of kids love Vegemi and superpowers! Feedback received during the pilot: "The child gave glowing feedback about Vegemi! It was cute, funny and educational!" "Our children almost compete at dinner to see who can go down the faster slide in the gut by eating apples!" "The children asked their father what vegetables he has eaten to become so strong." "Also, from an adult's point of view, a well-made character with stories and everything!"
