# TLYNT vs PropCodes

The clearest difference is rating: PropCodes at 5.0 against TLYNT's 4.1. PropCodes also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). TLYNT's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PropCodes holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TLYNT has 10 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

TLYNT ships an update every 3 weeks, PropCodes every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
