# Vinyl Widget vs PlotPlatter

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PlotPlatter at 100% against Vinyl Widget's 48%. PlotPlatter also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Vinyl Widget's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 3) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vinyl Widget sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and PlotPlatter sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PlotPlatter holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vinyl Widget has 2.4K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 48% of Vinyl Widget's written reviews are positive against 100% of PlotPlatter's.
