# LinknLink vs SEM

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SEM at none against LinknLink's 10. LinknLink's advantage is ratings volume (44 vs 11). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LinknLink sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year. SEM asks for nothing beyond the download.

SEM holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 3.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 44 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of LinknLink's written reviews are positive against 38% of SEM's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
