# LUKtv vs Outpoints

The clearest difference is update cadence: Outpoints at every 2 weeks against LUKtv's every 23 months. LUKtv's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LUKtv ships an update every 23 months, Outpoints every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
