# Iselect vs Gayar

The clearest difference is update cadence: Gayar at every 2 weeks against Iselect's every 3 months. Gayar also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.0). Iselect's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and ratings volume (53 vs 10). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Iselect against 4.6 for Gayar. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Iselect has 53 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Iselect ships an update every 3 months, Gayar every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
