# Kinnu vs Cog ADHD

The clearest difference is ads: Kinnu at none against Cog ADHD's shown. Kinnu also leads on ratings volume (494 vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). Cog ADHD's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kinnu sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Cog ADHD sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cog ADHD holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kinnu has 494 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of Kinnu's written reviews are positive against 71% of Cog ADHD's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kinnu ships an update every 6 days, Cog ADHD every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
