# Ganan Net vs VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy

The clearest difference is rating: VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy at 4.3 against Ganan Net's 3.7. VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy also leads on ratings volume (2.3K vs 96). Ganan Net's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks) and review sentiment (39% vs 31%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ganan Net sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy has 2.3K ratings behind it against 96, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Ganan Net's written reviews are positive against 31% of VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ganan Net ships an update every 2 weeks, VPN Squirrel VPN Master Proxy every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
