# Sticky Notes Widget. Stickies vs Note on Wallpaper

The clearest difference is ads: Sticky Notes Widget. Stickies at none against Note on Wallpaper's shown. Sticky Notes Widget. Stickies also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (104 vs 16). Note on Wallpaper's advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 57%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sticky Notes Widget. Stickies sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Note on Wallpaper sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sticky Notes Widget. Stickies holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sticky Notes Widget. Stickies has 104 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Sticky Notes Widget. Stickies's written reviews are positive against 80% of Note on Wallpaper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sticky Notes Widget. Stickies ships an update every 6 weeks, Note on Wallpaper fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
