# TCCL SRP vs RosyRead

The clearest difference is rating: RosyRead at 4.6 against TCCL SRP's 3.5. RosyRead also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (29 vs 2). TCCL SRP's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 29) and review sentiment (100% vs 71%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RosyRead sells 29 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. TCCL SRP asks for nothing beyond the download.

RosyRead holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RosyRead has 29 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of TCCL SRP's written reviews are positive against 71% of RosyRead's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TCCL SRP ships an update every 11 months, RosyRead every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
