# SESSION Pilates New vs ExploreMore

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ExploreMore at 86% against SESSION Pilates New's 33%. ExploreMore also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). SESSION Pilates New's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (1K vs 8). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SESSION Pilates New holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SESSION Pilates New has 1K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of SESSION Pilates New's written reviews are positive against 86% of ExploreMore's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SESSION Pilates New ships an update every 4 weeks, ExploreMore monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
