# Aleck Connect vs Moon Board

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Moon Board at 240 against Aleck Connect's 34. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Aleck Connect sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Moon Board sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $100.00 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 1.5 for Aleck Connect against 1.4 for Moon Board. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Moon Board has 240 ratings behind it against 34, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 15% of Aleck Connect's written reviews are positive against 9% of Moon Board's.

Aleck Connect ships an update fortnightly, Moon Board every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
