# Shred With Woz vs Fasting Path

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fasting Path at every 4 days against Shred With Woz's every 2 months. Shred With Woz's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shred With Woz sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $24.99 per month and Fasting Path sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shred With Woz ships an update every 2 months, Fasting Path every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
