# PrepAnywhere vs G1 Simulator & Study Guide

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PrepAnywhere at none against G1 Simulator & Study Guide's 1. PrepAnywhere also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). G1 Simulator & Study Guide's advantage is review sentiment (81% vs 50%) and ratings volume (449 vs 2). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. G1 Simulator & Study Guide sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. PrepAnywhere asks for nothing beyond the download.

PrepAnywhere holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: G1 Simulator & Study Guide has 449 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of PrepAnywhere's written reviews are positive against 81% of G1 Simulator & Study Guide's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
