# Final Form Coaching vs Fasty

The clearest difference is rating: Fasty at 4.7 against Final Form Coaching's 3.0. Fasty also leads on ratings volume (1.6K vs 2). Final Form Coaching's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (monthly vs every 9 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fasty sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Final Form Coaching asks for nothing beyond the download.
