# Float Clock vs Amaze Clock

The clearest difference is update cadence: Amaze Clock at every 2 weeks against Float Clock's every 9 months. Float Clock's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Float Clock sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Amaze Clock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Float Clock ships an update every 9 months, Amaze Clock every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
