# SetlHome vs Step2Up

The clearest difference is update cadence: Step2Up at fortnightly against SetlHome's every 2 months. Step2Up also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SetlHome ships an update every 2 months, Step2Up fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
