# ExerSight vs BackSlap

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BackSlap at 84% against ExerSight's 0%. BackSlap also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (71 vs 1). ExerSight's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ExerSight sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and BackSlap sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ExerSight holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BackSlap has 71 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of ExerSight's written reviews are positive against 84% of BackSlap's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ExerSight ships an update every 2 months, BackSlap every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
