# Furrion Control vs Bauer

The clearest difference is rating: Bauer at 4.6 against Furrion Control's 1.6. Bauer also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (241 vs 40). Furrion Control's advantage is review sentiment (12% vs 0%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bauer holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bauer has 241 ratings behind it against 40, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 12% of Furrion Control's written reviews are positive against 0% of Bauer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Furrion Control ships an update every 13 months, Bauer fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
