# FGT Connect vs SHE Digital

The clearest difference is update cadence: SHE Digital at every 3 weeks against FGT Connect's every 19 months. FGT Connect's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FGT Connect ships an update every 19 months, SHE Digital every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
