# Eyrus vs Propeller Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Eyrus at 5.0 against Propeller Mobile's 4.2. Eyrus also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.1). Propeller Mobile's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Eyrus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Propeller Mobile has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Eyrus ships an update monthly, Propeller Mobile every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
