# Oasis Fit vs Backstage Pilates

The clearest difference is rating: Backstage Pilates at 5.0 against Oasis Fit's 4.2. Backstage Pilates also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Oasis Fit's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Backstage Pilates holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Oasis Fit has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Oasis Fit ships an update every 2 months, Backstage Pilates every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
