# FitFX vs Power4 Pilates

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Power4 Pilates at 108 against FitFX's 10. FitFX's advantage is update cadence (every 5 months vs every 12 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for FitFX against 4.7 for Power4 Pilates. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Power4 Pilates has 108 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FitFX ships an update every 5 months, Power4 Pilates every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
