# FitFX vs AZTrainers

The clearest difference is ads: FitFX at none against AZTrainers's shown. FitFX also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). AZTrainers's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AZTrainers holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FitFX has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FitFX ships an update every 5 months, AZTrainers every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
