# ChickFocus vs Mofu

The clearest difference is ratings volume: ChickFocus at 1K against Mofu's 3. ChickFocus also leads on review sentiment (89% vs 80%) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ChickFocus sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Mofu sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for ChickFocus against 4.7 for Mofu. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ChickFocus has 1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 89% of ChickFocus's written reviews are positive against 80% of Mofu's.

ChickFocus ships an update every 8 days, Mofu every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
