# Emotionall vs Selfrell

The clearest difference is update cadence: Emotionall at every 2 weeks against Selfrell's monthly. Selfrell's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Emotionall sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Selfrell sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Emotionall ships an update every 2 weeks, Selfrell monthly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
