# Tarot Study vs Tarot Note

The clearest difference is ads: Tarot Study at none against Tarot Note's shown. Tarot Study also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Tarot Note's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 10 days). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tarot Study sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and Tarot Note sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tarot Study ships an update every 10 days, Tarot Note every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
