# Sam Hook Coach vs Fitgram.

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sam Hook Coach at 96% against Fitgram.'s 30%. Sam Hook Coach also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Fitgram.'s advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.7) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sam Hook Coach sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per month and Fitgram. sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fitgram. holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 96% of Sam Hook Coach's written reviews are positive against 30% of Fitgram.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sam Hook Coach ships an update every 2 months, Fitgram. every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
