# Umi vs QuackPath

The clearest difference is ads: QuackPath at none against Umi's shown. QuackPath also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Umi's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 3) and chart position (#190 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Umi sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and QuackPath sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

QuackPath holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Umi has 2.4K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Umi ships an update every 10 days, QuackPath every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
