# CT Mirror vs YDN

The clearest difference is ratings volume: CT Mirror at 97 against YDN's 6. CT Mirror also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). YDN's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

YDN holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CT Mirror has 97 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CT Mirror ships an update every 3 weeks, YDN weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
