# DIME® vs TruePrices

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DIME® at none against TruePrices's 1. DIME® also leads on ratings volume (15K vs 6). TruePrices's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TruePrices sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per month. DIME® asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for DIME® against 5.0 for TruePrices. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DIME® has 15K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.
