# Inksy vs Skyscraper Social

The clearest difference is rating: Inksy at 5.0 against Skyscraper Social's 4.4. Inksy also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.3). Skyscraper Social's advantage is ratings volume (75 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Inksy sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Skyscraper Social sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Inksy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Skyscraper Social has 75 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Inksy ships an update monthly, Skyscraper Social every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
