# KitchenIdea vs TOKIT

The clearest difference is rating: KitchenIdea at 3.0 against TOKIT's 2.2. TOKIT's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 2) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

KitchenIdea holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of KitchenIdea's written reviews are positive against 5% of TOKIT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

KitchenIdea ships an update every 2 months, TOKIT every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
