# MyNetstar vs Redefine

The clearest difference is update cadence: MyNetstar at fortnightly against Redefine's every 2 months. Redefine's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyNetstar ships an update fortnightly, Redefine every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
