# Switchflex vs R HOME

The clearest difference is update cadence: R HOME at every 2 months against Switchflex's every 12 months. Switchflex's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Switchflex ships an update every 12 months, R HOME every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
