# Car Cops vs FLIP

The clearest difference is update cadence: FLIP at daily against Car Cops's fortnightly. Car Cops's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Car Cops sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and FLIP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Car Cops ships an update fortnightly, FLIP daily. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
