The clearest difference is update cadence: FlightWiseOS at every 2 weeks against Tappjet's monthly. Tappjet's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tappjet ships an update monthly, FlightWiseOS every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 20, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
