# On3 App vs Diamond

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Diamond at 96% against On3 App's 33%. Diamond also leads on rating (4.9 vs 3.4) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 255). On3 App's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and chart position (#89 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. On3 App sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and Diamond sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Diamond holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Diamond has 1.3K ratings behind it against 255, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 33% of On3 App's written reviews are positive against 96% of Diamond's.

On3 App ships an update weekly, Diamond every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
