# Invitation Maker vs Digital Invitation Maker

Invitation Maker and Digital Invitation Maker both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Digital Invitation Maker's written reviews are positive against 70% of Invitation Maker's. Invitation Maker's advantage is ratings volume (850 vs 71) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Invitation Maker sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and Digital Invitation Maker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Invitation Maker against 4.6 for Digital Invitation Maker. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Invitation Maker has 850 ratings behind it against 71, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 70% of Invitation Maker's written reviews are positive against 100% of Digital Invitation Maker's.

Invitation Maker ships an update every 3 weeks, Digital Invitation Maker every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
