# APhone vs #Phone

The clearest difference is rating: #Phone at 4.5 against APhone's 3.7. #Phone also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (188 vs 15). APhone's advantage is review sentiment (36% vs 0%) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. APhone sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and #Phone sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

#Phone holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: #Phone has 188 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of APhone's written reviews are positive against 0% of #Phone's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

APhone ships an update every 6 weeks, #Phone every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
