# RescueTime vs Auto Toon

The clearest difference is update cadence: Auto Toon at every 2 days against RescueTime's monthly. Auto Toon also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RescueTime sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.00 per month and Auto Toon sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RescueTime ships an update monthly, Auto Toon every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
