# APTV vs 全球网测

The clearest difference is rating: APTV at 4.6 against 全球网测's 4.0. APTV also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (729 vs 21). 全球网测's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (83% vs 75%). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. APTV sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 全球网测 asks for nothing beyond the download.

APTV holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: APTV has 729 ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of APTV's written reviews are positive against 83% of 全球网测's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

APTV ships an update fortnightly, 全球网测 every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
