# BKMS vs Gopal Foundation

The clearest difference is rating: Gopal Foundation at 5.0 against BKMS's 4.5. Gopal Foundation also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). BKMS's advantage is ratings volume (31 vs 4) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Gopal Foundation holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BKMS has 31 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BKMS ships an update every 3 weeks, Gopal Foundation every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
