# EPIC PLUS vs Streamly

The clearest difference is rating: EPIC PLUS at 5.0 against Streamly's 4.0. EPIC PLUS also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). Streamly's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Streamly sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. EPIC PLUS asks for nothing beyond the download.

EPIC PLUS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EPIC PLUS has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

EPIC PLUS ships an update every 2 weeks, Streamly every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
