# Semse Aware vs Focus 'n Flow

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus 'n Flow at weekly against Semse Aware's monthly. Semse Aware's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Semse Aware sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Focus 'n Flow sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $99.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Semse Aware ships an update monthly, Focus 'n Flow weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
