# Note on Wallpaper vs EasyNotes

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Note on Wallpaper at 80% against EasyNotes's 52%. EasyNotes's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (4K vs 16). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note on Wallpaper sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and EasyNotes sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EasyNotes holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EasyNotes has 4K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Note on Wallpaper's written reviews are positive against 52% of EasyNotes's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Note on Wallpaper ships an update fortnightly, EasyNotes every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
