# Focus vs Joypic

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus at every 3 weeks against Joypic's every 5 weeks. Focus also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Joypic sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus ships an update every 3 weeks, Joypic every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
