# MockOut vs Legendary GM

The clearest difference is rating: Legendary GM at 5.0 against MockOut's 3.9. Legendary GM also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). MockOut's advantage is ratings volume (91 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Legendary GM holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MockOut has 91 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MockOut ships an update every 3 weeks, Legendary GM every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
