# Xblue vs Air Tracker, Bluetooth Scanner

The clearest difference is rating: Air Tracker, Bluetooth Scanner at 4.6 against Xblue's 3.7. Air Tracker, Bluetooth Scanner also leads on ratings volume (500 vs 6). Xblue's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (67% vs 59%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Xblue sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $8.49 per 7 days and Air Tracker, Bluetooth Scanner sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Air Tracker, Bluetooth Scanner holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Air Tracker, Bluetooth Scanner has 500 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Xblue's written reviews are positive against 59% of Air Tracker, Bluetooth Scanner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Xblue ships an update every 2 weeks, Air Tracker, Bluetooth Scanner every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
